When we first read one of her awesome blog posts called “7 of the Best Bodyweight Exercises you should be doing”, we loved her moves, her levels and her knowledge but it was the title on her website that made us fully fall into health girl crush mode on her and we knew we needed to get her on the podcast.

What did it say?  “I am a coach, I am a writer. I share health & fitness information that doesn’t suck”

That is a chick after our heart lol.
