Today we have an awesome upper body workout for you! If you aren’t familiar with supersets, this is when you pair two exercises and do them immediately after one another with no rest. It’s a great time saver, and your heart rate stays higher during the workout since we have lest rest. In this workout your “rest” between sets is high intensity cardio! Choose any modality you like – treadmill, elliptical, burpees, jump squats, high knees etc, but be sure to work at your level and get your heart rate up to about a 9/10.
