Today FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a Peripheral Heart Action (PHA) workout. PHA workouts are similar to circuits where you go from one exercise to the next with no rest but in a PHA workout, you alternate between upper body and lower body exercises. This forces the blood to move quickly from upper body to lower body which will torch more calories! Grab some weight and see how many rounds you can do! Happy sweating! 🙂
