Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a circuit style HIIT workout, which means you will work as hard as you can while you are completing each exercise and move immediately to the next exercise without any rest. When you finish all exercises in the circuit, rest for 1 minute before repeating. If you want a challenge, complete it 2-3 times for an intense 15 minute workout!
