Today FIT CHICKS Friday workout is Tabatas – slider edition! All you need is a timer and a set of sliders (or two small towels that will slide easily on the floor.) Sliders are an awesome fitness tool that are easily portable and can up the intensity of any body weight workout by challenging your core and balance! Bonus they are great for any fitness level!
