Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a lunge finisher! You can do this at the end of your workout to get a little extra burn or as a quick stand alone workout! Get ready cause your quads and booty are about to be on fire!! All you need is a timer (and maybe a towel to mop up the sweat!!!) Complete 2-3 rounds depending on your fitness level.
