We will provide you with everything you need to run an interactive, in person 8 week fitness program with your clients showing you EXACTLY what to teach, communicate and follow up on each day during the 8 weeks. When you get the program, the first thing you will do is look at your Trainer’s Workout Map as this will be your guide for the 8 weeks.
How do can I reuse the 8 week program trainer’s template to may it new each session?
 A:   Great Question! When you purchase the program you get 97 HIIT workouts that are a combination of Total Body, Upper Body, Lower Body & Core Workouts. The 8 week trainers template will indicate what category you need to pick a workout from on that day. This way you can keep it fresh every 8 weeks by selecting a different combination of exercises!
How do I know when to send out the weekly challenges and how do I keep my clients engaged?
