Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is an intense full body Holiday themed HIIT workout! 🎁 🎅🏽 This workout is just like the song “12 days of Christmas” On the first day of Christmas FIT CHICKS Academy gave to me: 1 minute of planking; on the second day of Christmas FIT CHICKS Academy gave to me: 2 push-ups and 1 minute of planking; on the 3rd day of Christmas FIT CHICKS Academy gave to me: 3 glute bridges, 2 push-ups, and 1 minute of planking…. and so on until you go through all 12 rounds!!! If your short on time start at move 12 and work your way back! Happy Sweating and Happy Holidays! 🎄
