Hey Chicks!

Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a circuit style HIIT workout, which means you will work as hard as you can while you are completing each exercise, then you get a rest before repeating (your work/rest periods will depend on the intensity YOU choose!)

This workout is all cardio, so it’s a great pick me up in the morning, or even as a finisher after your weight training.
