Hey Chicks, At FIT CHICKS Academy we love seeing the creativity and hard work of our Fitness & Nutrition Expert Program (FNE) students and grads. Today we are pumped to share this recipe for you from recently Certified Fitness & Nutrition Expert  Barbori Streibl! Barbori created this recipe for one of the assignments in the Nutrition Module of the FNE program! We are excited to introduce Barbori and her creation!

My name is Barbori. I graduated from the FNE program in September 2019. I learned about Fit Chicks Academy from my mom. I chose Fit Chicks because it was available as an online program and because the program covered the four areas of fitness, nutrition, wellness, and business. This gave me the flexibility to complete the program from anywhere and gave me the knowledge I would need to be in the fitness, health and wellness industry.
I currently work in the Creative Arts – art, writing, and music – fields but I am looking at some options available to add fitness to the work I do. I look forward to being able to inspire others along their fitness journey while at the same time doing something that is good for me, too!

A Whole Lot of Carrot Love!

I love to drink elixirs as I feel super energized after! But I don’t always have the time to make a fancy elixir and sometimes I want to add in some veggies and fruit. So I decided to create this recipe that is easy and quick to make and full of so many good-for-you ingredients!
